Ingredients

  • Whole milk - 3 cups
  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 1 cup - milk
  • A little kesar
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp

How to Make Simple Kesari

  • Boil the 3 cups of milk and lemon juice - just like when paneer is made.
  • Drain the extra water but don't squeeze the chena dry.
  • Put it into a mixer.
  • Add 1 cup of whole milk, a little kesar and the sugar and mix well.
  • Distribute in small serving bowls and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Serve chilled.
