Ingredients

  • 2 cups - basmati rice or any other rice
  • 2 - bay leaves
  • few whole spices
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup - ghee

How to Make Simple n Easy Ghee rice

  • Heat the ghee in a pan or rice cooker and fry bay leaves, and spices for some time.
  • Add washed rice and stir fry for 3-4 mins.
  • Now add salt and 4 cups of water and cook till the rice is done.
  • Serve with any spicy curry.
