  • 1 packet - china grass
  • 1 cup - boiling water
  • 500 g - cream cheese
  • 1 cup - fresh cream
  • 3/4 cup - sugar ground or castor sugar

How to Make Sitaphal Creamy Pudding

  • Blend sitaphal pulp with china grass and boiling water.
  • Cool and refrigerate till set.
  • Meanwhile, blend cream cheese with cream and sugar.
  • Cut the chilled stiaphal mix into squares, top with cream mix and serve.
