  • 1/2 cup - tamarind juice and pulp
  • 1 tsp - black zeera
  • 1 tsp S- sabut dhaniya
  • 1/2 tsp - crushed red chillies
  • Salt and brown sugar to taste.

How to Make Sizzling Tamarind Chutney

  • Roast jeera, dhania and crushed red chillies in a non-stick pan.
  • Grind the roasted ingredients.
  • In a small bowl, add tamarind paste and the roasted ingredients. Mix well until smooth.
  • Add salt and brown sugar according to taste.
  • Serve chutney with samosas.
