  • Milk - 2 - 3 litres
  • Sugar - 1.5 to 2 cups
  • Cardamom - 1 tsp

How to Make Sizzling Therati Paal

  • Start to boil the milk on high flame.
  • Once it starts boiling, lower the flame and slowly start stirring.
  • Once it starts to solidify, add sugar, cardamom and keep on stirring.
  • After few hours, you will notice the milk starts to become semi-solid.
  • Keep it aside so that it will be solid after it cools down.
  • Serve it cold.
