Soya Flour Mysore Pak is made with soya flour instead of gram flour. This protein-rich flour is cooked with ghee, sugar, cardamom powder and water.

Ingredients

  • Soya Flour-1 cup
  • Sugar-1 cup
  • Ghee- 1 cup
  • Cardamom Powder-1 pinch
  • Water-1/4 cup

How to Make Soya Flour Mysore Pak

  • Roast soya flour in a teaspoon of ghee till nice aroma comes out. In a bowl, add rest of the ghee and roasted soya flour.
  • In a thick pan, add water and sugar and cook till one string consistency.
  • Add the soya flour and ghee mixture and cook till it forms a lump and make sure it doesn't stick to the pan.
  • In a greased plate, pour the mixture and cool it down. Cut it into squares and serve.
