Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Soya flour
  • 2 cups - Wheat flour
  • 2 tsp - Ghee
  • Salt
  • Water

How to Make Soya Flour Paratha

  • Mix both soya flour, wheat flour with ghee, enough salt and water, knead them soft dough.
  • Keep it aside.
  • Divide them as equal balls; roll them with rolling pin as parathas.
  • Sprinkle few drops of oil and cook on both sides of the paratha, until they get cooked well.
