Ingredients

  • 100 g - cauliflower
  • 100 g - capsicum
  • 100 g - paneer
  • 100 g - onion
  • 100 g - soya nuggets
  • 2 tbsp - garlic-ginger
  • 6 - green chillies | 1 cup - curd
  • salt
  • Red chilli - to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric
  • Oil
  • A dash each - chaat masala and lemon juice

How to Make Soya Veg

  • Cut vegetables into big pieces.
  • Soak soya nuggets for 1/2 an hour.
  • Now marinate all these vegetables in garlic, ginger, chilli paste and curd for 1 hour.
  • Then heat an oven and bake vegetables till done.
  • In the end, spread chaat masala and lemon juice on it.
