  • 1 cup - Spaghetti (1/2 packet)
  • 2 tbsp - Garlic (chopped finely)
  • 2 - Red chillies
  • 2 to 3 tbsp -Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Pepper
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Spaghetti Aglio Olio

  • Cook spaghetti with water and salt until soft yet firm enough to chew. Drain water and set aside.
  • Chop garlic and red chillies finely.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic. Fry till light brown.
  • Add red chillies.
  • Saute for a minute and add cooked spaghetti.
  • Stir once and toss for 2 mins to combine.
  • Season with pepper and serve hot!
