The yummy mix of juicy chicken pieces, chopped chillies, ginger, garlic, chicken stock, corn and coconut milk is cooked along with the boiled spaghetti. Add mayonnaise, red chilli sauce and tomato sauce and get ready to relish in no time.

  • 500 gms. Spaghetti
  • 3 maggi soup cubes
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 capsicums or 4 big chillies (malu miris)
  • 1 ½ cups sweet corn
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp. tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp. red chilli sauce
  • ½ cup stock
  • Coriander leaves to garnish
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Spaghetti Mix

  • Boil spaghetti with maggi chicken cubes, salt and olive oil. Keep aside.
  • Boil chicken with ginger, garlic, green chillies and salt, reserving 1/2 cup stock. Shred chicken and put aside.
  • Chop chillies (they must be crisp and fresh). In a pan, heat oil, put chopped chillies, add spaghetti, chicken, stock, corn and coconut milk.
  • After 1 or 2 boils, remove from fire so that spaghetti does not become dry. Add mayonnaise, red chilli sauce and tomato sauce and serve warm.
