  • 1 cup- urad dal
  • 1 cup - Moong dal
  • 2.5 cup - rice
  • 1/2 cup - Poha
  • 1/2 cup - Maida
  • 1 tsp - Methi seeds.

How to Make Special Dosa

  • Soak all the ingredients for 6-8 hours and grind to make soft paste. Then ferment it for 8 hours.
  • Heat a non-stick tava and grease it with oil.
  • Pour 2 tbsp of the batter on the tava and spread it using a circular motion.
  • Cook on both sides with a little oil.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Serve hot.
