  • Egg - 1
  • bean sprouts - 1/2 cup
  • carrot - 1/2
  • Mint/pudina - 1 small sprig
  • green onions - 2 (stems)
  • green chilli - 1
  • black pepper powder for taste
  • turmeric for taste

How to Make Special Vegetable Omelette

  • Trim bean sprouts (moong dal/green gram).
  • Slice carrot into fine long slices.
  • Chop green onions, green chilli and mint/pudina into fine pieces.
  • Put these ingredients into a bowl and add turmeric, salt, black pepper powder.
  • Mix well, and break and add an egg into the mix.
  • Mix thoroughly and pour it onto a pre-heated, oil-smeared pan to make a nice omelette.
