  • A packet - Vermicelli
  • 1 tin - condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp - Ghee
  • Cashewnuts and raisins - Add according to taste
  • 1 carton of milk

How to Make Special Vermicelli Payasam

  • Fry the vermicelli in ghee till it turns a beautiful brown and keep it aside.
  • Empty the contents of the condensed milk into a vessel and dilute it according to the number of servings that you want.
  • Add the milk and let it boil.
  • Once it starts to boil, add the vermicelli and keep stirring till it is cooked.
  • You could roast a few cashews and raisins and add it to the cooked kheer.
