  • 1 - small watermelon, deseeded and cubed
  • Ice cubes - as required
  • 1/2 cup - strawberry crush
  • Fresh mint sprigs - a few
  • 1/2 inch piece - ginger, chopped

How to Make Special Watermelon Smoothie

  • Freeze the watermelon pieces for some time.
  • Blend the watermelon pieces.
  • Add ice cubes, strawberry crush, a few mint leaves and chopped ginger and blend again.
  • Serve in tall glasses, chilled.
