Ingredients

  • 25- Garlic cloves
  • 7- Dry red chillies
  • 1- Tamarind pieces (blueberry sized)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - Gingili oil.

How to Make Spicy and Tangy Garlic Chutney

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the dry red chillies and tamarind piece and keep aside.
  • Now saute the garlic cloves until golden brown.
  • Now combine the chillies, tamarind and garlic in a mixie jar. Then add the gingili oil, salt and water and grind into a coarse paste.
  • Serve with dosas or idlis.
