  • 2 - Green brinjals
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Rice flour - 1 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Spicy Brinjal Chips

  • Cut brinjal into fairly thick round pieces.
  • Apply salt and chilli powder evenly to all pieces.
  • Take rice flour in a plate and coat the brinjal pieces.
  • Shallow fry them on a tawa till crisp, and place them on a tissue to remove excess oil.
