Ingredients

  • 4 eggs (half boiled, shelled and poked all over with a fork)
  • 1/2 cup - bread crumbs
  • sufficient oil to shallow fry
  • To be Ground to a Fine Paste:
  • 1 ginger
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 2 to 3 green chillies (chopped)
  • handful coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala powder

How to Make Spicy Egg Dollops

  • Evenly coat the eggs with the ground masala paste, rub well with your hands. Keep aside for 30 mins.
  • Roll the eggs in bread crumbs and deep fry on a low flame till golden in colour.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
