Ingredients

  • 1 raw mango
  • 1 ripe (but firm) mango
  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 cucumber
  • Chinese guavas (optional)
  • 2 tbsp - salt and chilli mix (Crush one red and one green chilli with salt)
  • 2 tbsp tamarind sweet sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1tsp sugar

How to Make Spicy fruit salad

  • Peel the mangoes and the pineapple, chop them.
  • Peel the cucumber and slice into thin rounds.
  • Wash the Chinese guavas and cut them in halves.
  • Mix all the ingredients with the fruits.
  • Let it stand for 10 mins.
