Pineapple recipes from Bawarchi.com

Summer is here and we find innumerable ways to deal with it! Time to prepare some mildly flavoured dishes to revive ourselves from this severe heat. One of the best picks is 'Spicy Grilled Pineapple' that goes great as a side dish with main course, be it baked fish, steak or any form of meal.

It is spicy-sweet with a unique zesty flavour and a subtle taste. The thick, pulpy pineapple slices blends well with sugar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika powder, pepper powder, salt, rosemary and oil. It settles at the perfect taste if allowed to marinate for some time. Brush the slices with melted butter before serving.
