Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup - sprouted fenugreek seeds
  • 3/4 cup - sprouted whole moong
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 - tomato
  • 1/4 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 1 spring - curry leaf
  • 1/4 tsp - mustard
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin
  • 1 clove - garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • A pinch - turmeric
  • A pinch - asafoetida
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Sprouted methi seeds curry

  • Heat a pan with oil, splutter mustard, cumin and curry leaves.
  • Add green chilli, garlic and onions, fry for 2 mins
  • Add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, asafoetida.
  • Fry till the tomatoes turn mushy. Pour 3/4 cup of water and boil.
  • Add the sprouts, mix well and cook for 2 mins and not more.
