  • 1 cup - fresh ripe strawberries
  • 1 cup - fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp - castor sugar

How to Make Strawberries with Cream

  • Wash and destalk the strawberries.
  • Cut strawberries into four vertical sections. Keep two whole aside.
  • If strawberries are sour, sprinkle a tsp of castor sugar over them.
  • Beat fresh cream in a chilled bowl over a bowl of ice cubes.
  • Beat till cream thickens enough to coat the spatula thickly.
  • Add sugar and beat again till soft peaks form.
  • Put a dollop of cream in a chilled glass.
  • Add some strawberries and then repeat with cream and strawberries until glass is full.
  • Slice whole strawberry till the base into 3-4 sections, but do not cut.
  • Press open like a fan and place on top
  • Serve fresh and chilled.
