  • 1 cup- wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup -jaggery
  • 3/4 cup-ghee

How to Make Sukhadi

  • Take a tawa and pour ghee on a simmering flame.
  • Add flour and mix it till flour become reddish brown in colour.
  • Remove the mixture from the gas and cool it for a few seconds.
  • Then add powdered jaggery in the mixture and add a few drops of milk to it (just sprinkle the milk).
  • Take an empty thali and spread some ghee on the thali.
  • Pour all the mixture and spread it evenly.
  • Leave the mixture to cool for some time.
  • Then cut the mixture into your favourite shape.
