Ingredients

  • 400g - gram flour
  • 50g - rawa
  • 200g - ghee
  • 100g - khoya
  • 400g - powdered sugar
  • 2tsp - cardamom powder
  • 2tsp - raisins
  • 2tbsps - roasted melon seeds
  • 2 tbsp - almonds

How to Make Sunahaley Modak

  • Heat ghee in a heavy bottom flat pan.
  • Add gram flour and keep roasting on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
  • Add rava and roast for 5 mins.
  • Add khoya.
  • Remove the pan from heat.
  • Cool to room temperature.
  • Add powdered sugar and mix well.
  • Add cardamom powder, roasted melon seeds, almonds and raisins. Mix well.
  • Divide in to small portions and roll into round balls.
