Ingredients

  • 1 - carrot, chopped
  • 2 cups - canned pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup - apple, chopped
  • 1/2 - banana
  • 1 tsp - salted nuts
  • 1/2 sliced - cucumber, peeled
  • 1/4 - lemon
  • 1/4 cup - orange pieces
  • 1 tsp - raisins
  • 1 piece - green pepper
  • A few coriander leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Sunshine Cocktail

  • Blend pineapple juice and chopped carrot.
  • Add other ingredients and blend to make a smooth juice.
  • If the juice is too thick, add more water or ice to thin it.
  • Serve chilled.
