  • 1 - mango (raw)
  • 2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/4 tsp - fenugreek (methi) seeds (fried in oil)
  • 3 marble size - jaggery

How to Make Sweet 'n' Sour Mango Chutney

  • Peel the mango.
  • Cut or grate into small pieces add red chilli powder, salt, methi seeds and jaggery (if you want it sweet)
  • Grind with water.
  • Tastes good with chapatti.
