Ingredients

  • 1 - finely chopped big capsicum
  • 2 - finely chopped onions
  • 1 cup - rice
  • 1 cup - water
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 2 tbsp - garam masala
  • 1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • Salt, to taste
  • 4 tbsp - oil.

How to Make Tasty Capsicum Rice

  • Put oil in a cooker and saute ginger garlic paste.
  • Fry it till it is brown.
  • Add chopped onions and fry well.
  • Add chopped capsicum
  • Add one cup of rice and fry it for 3 mins
  • Add a cup of water and milk, also add garam masala and salt and close the cooker.
  • Leave the cooker on the stove for 3 whistles.
