Ingredients

  • 2 cups - maida
  • 2 cups - yogurt
  • 1/2 cup - rice flour
  • 1 - onion
  • 3-4 green chillies
  • 1/4 tsp - soda bi carbonate
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Tasty Mysore Bonda

  • Mix maida, yogurt and rice flour.
  • Add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander leaves, soda bicarbonate and salt.
  • Add a little water to the above mixture and make batter slightly thick.
  • Take oil in pan and heat.
  • Make round balls with above mixture and fry in oil.
  • Serve hot with sauce or any chutney.
