  • Onion- 1
  • Carrot- 1
  • Cooked peas- 1/2 cup
  • Mustard- 1/2 tsp
  • Urad dal- 1/2 tsp
  • Channa Dal- 1/2 tsp
  • Green Chillies- 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil- 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves- a few
  • Lemon Juice- 1/2 tsp

How to Make Tasty Roti Upma

  • In a pan, add oil followed by mustard, urad and channa dals.
  • To this, add green chillies, cut onion, carrot, cooked peas and saute well.
  • Break rotis into small pieces and add this to the pan.
  • Add salt and toss the mixture well.
  • Finally, add lemon juice and coriander leaves and serve instantly.
