Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 litres Milk
  • 1.5 to 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cardamom

How to Make Therati Pal

  • Boil the milk well and when it starts boiling, keep the gas on sim and slowly stir it.
  • Once it is starts thickening, add sugar and cardamom. Keep stirring.
  • After a few hours, the milk will be semi-solid.
  • Pour into a plate and cool to set.
