  • 1 tsp - white pepper powder
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Toasted Tofu Sandwich

  • Mix tofu, pepper powder and salt.
  • Place a portion of this on one bread slice.
  • Top it with another bread slice and toast it in a sandwich toaster.
  • Repeat with the other four slices.
