Ingredients

  • 1 cup - grated tofu
  • 2 slices - bread
  • 1/2 tsp - finely chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp - garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup - maida
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Tofu Cutlet

  • Immerse the bread slices in water, squeeze the water out and crumble.
  • Add grated tofu and the other ingredients.
  • Make small cutlets of the mixture and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  • Make a thick mixture of maida.
  • Dip the cutlets in the maida paste and deep fry in oil.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
