  • 5 red ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 - onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup - basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 clove - garlic, finely minced
  • pinch - pepper
  • 1 tbsp. - fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp - olive oil
  • salt to taste
