  • Tomatoes - 1 kg
  • Red chillies - 7
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves - little

How to Make Tomato Dosai

  • Wash and soak the rice for 2 hours.
  • Grind rice, tomatoes, red chillies together to a smooth paste. Add salt and mix well.
  • Season with mustard and curry leaves and make dosai.
