Ingredients

  • 150 g - basmati rice
  • 1 cup - mint leaves
  • 1 - pureed tomato
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - cumin
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - butter

How to Make Tomato Garlic Pulao

  • Heat butter in the pan and add cumin seeds.
  • When the cumin seeds start crackling, add ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree.
  • When the mixture starts boiling, add the cleaned and washed rice. Mix well.
  • Add 2 cups of water, cook till rice is tender.
  • Garnish with mint leaves.
