Ingredients

  • 4 - tomatoes, cut
  • 4 - onions, cut
  • 1/4 - coconut, grated
  • 3 - green chillies
  • 1 sprig - curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - coriander leaves
  • Salt, to taste
  • Oil to saute

How to Make Tomato-onion-coconut chutney

  • Heat oil, add the onions.
  • After 5 mins, add the tomatoes.
  • Then add the green chillies, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  • When the tomatoes are cooked, add coconut. Cool and grind with little water and salt.
  • Goes very well with paddu and dosa.
