Ingredients

  • Wheat flour - 2 cups
  • Tomato sauce - 2 cups
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Cilantro - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Tomato Roti

  • Boil the tomato sauce, chilli powder, cilantro and salt for 15 minutes till it turns to a paste.
  • Then add it to the wheat flour little by little and knead well.
  • Separate the dough into small even-sized balls.
  • Roll each of them into a chapatti and roast them ghee on a tawa till golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
