Ingredients

  • 1 bowl - grated paneer
  • 4-5 - boiled potatoes
  • 1 bowl - green peas
  • 1 bowl - finely cut onion
  • 1 tbsp - finely cut green chillies
  • 1 bowl - breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tbsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - aamchur
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 bowl - finely cut coriander
  • 2 tbsp - hot and sweet magi sauce
  • Oil for Frying
  • Maida and rice flour mixture for coating

How to Make Traditional Paneer cutlets

  • Mash the boiled potatoes and add the grated paneer.
  • Boil the green peas and mash them.
  • Add the peas, onions, bread crumbs, green chillies and the rest of the spices in the potato-paneer mix.
  • Then add 2 tbsp of the hot and sweet sauce. Mix the ingredients well.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Make patties of the mixture prepared. Coat them in the rice flour, maida mix and deep-fry.
