  • 250 g - paneer
  • 5 tbsp - milk maid.
  • 1tsp - corn flour.
  • 1/2 cup - sugar
  • 1/2 cup - milk powder.
  • 25 g - crushed pistas.

How to Make Tricoloured Flower Sweet

  • Mix all the ingredients except pistas, in a mixer and make a smooth paste.
  • Now, cook the mixture in low flame for about 15 mins.
  • Allow the mixture to cool and divide into three equal portions.
  • Keep one part aside and divide the other into two parts in a way that one portion is bigger than the other.
  • Then add yellow colour to 1st portion, green colour to the 2nd portion and red colour to the 3rd portion.
  • Now make a ball in such a way that crushed pistas are covered in a layer of red followed by green and finally yellow.
  • Cut it in flower and leaf shape.
