Ingredients

  • 1-2 bananas
  • 2-4 grapes
  • 1 mango finely chopped
  • tamarind
  • 2 tsp neem flowers
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 4 tsp jagri
  • 1 glass milk
  • 4-5 elaichi.

How to Make Ugadhi chutney

  • Mash the bananas and add milk and tamarind juice to it, along with neem flowers, grapes, mango pieces, jaggery and elaichi. Mix it well.
  • Keep it in the freezer for 30 mins and serve it.
