  • 200 gms- Self Raising Flour
  • 50 gms- Curd
  • 50 gms- grated Coconut
  • 3- Green Chillies finely chopped
  • Small Ginger finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp- Chilli Masala

How to Make Vadas

  • Mix the dough and leave for 10 mins.
  • Make small portions in the shape of vadas and fry in lukewarm oil until golden brown.
  • Tastes great with tomato and chilly sauce.
