Ingredients

  • 1.3 cup - Maida
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 cup - butter
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 1.5 tsp - vanilla essence

How to Make Vanilla Crisps

  • Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Cream the butter and blend in sugar.
  • Add eggs and beat until thoroughly combined. Stir in vanilla.
  • Stir dry ingredients into a creamed mixture.
  • Drop small rounds on a cookie sheet dusted with flour.
  • Bake in a moderately hot oven for 8 minutes or until delicately browned.
