Ingredients

  • 6 slices - wheat bread
  • 3 - potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp - amchoor powder
  • 2 tsp - corn flour
  • 3 tsp - sesame seeds
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Veg topped bread

  • Mix all the ingredients, except bread, in a bowl.
  • Cut the bread into desired shape with a cutter. Put the potatoes mixture on top of the bread.
  • Make a thin paste of corn flour. Apply corn flour on potatoes.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  • Deep-fry in oil.
