Ingredients

  • 2 cups Basmati rice
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 2 carrots
  • 4 to 5 beans
  • 1 capsicum, medium
  • 1 Spring Onion, medium
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp green chilli sauce
  • A pinch pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • A pinch of Chinese salt

How to Make Vegetable Fried Rice in Chilli-Soya Sauce

  • Boil the rice with salt, strain and keep aside. Chop all the vegetables finely.
  • Heat oil and saute these vegetables. While sauteing, add salt and Aginomoto and saute again for 3 minutes.
  • Now add the green chilli sauce and saute again for about 2 minutes.
  • Add the boiled rice and mix well. Sprinkle the pepper powder and mix again. Now add the soya sauce and mix well for 2 minutes.
  • Serve while it is hot with your favourite curry.
