  • 2 teacups boiled spaghetti or macaroni
  • 1 teacup boiled peas
  • 1 small tin pineapple slices
  • 3 teacups milk
  • 2 tbsp. flour, dissolved in ½ cup milk
  • 5 tbsp. grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Vegetable Grimaldi

  • Put milk to boil, add the flour, salt and pepper and keep on stirring till the mixture becomes thick.
  • Drain pineapple and cut finely. Mix all the above ingredients together with the exception of cheese.
  • Put the mixture in a lightly greased baking tin. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
