  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 spring onions, cut diagonally
  • 2 carrots, cut into long strips
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 3 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 250 gram dried rice noodles, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil

How to Make Vegetarian Garlic Noodles

  • 1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat
  • 2. Add garlic and 3 spring onions. Cook for 2-3 minutes
  • 3. Add the carrots, peas and soy sauce. Cook until peas are soft.
  • 4. Add the noodles and mix together for another couple of minutes.
  • 5. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 6. Garnish with remaining spring onions and serve hot.
