  • 4 cups - maida flour
  • 2 cups - butter
  • 2 tsp - salt
  • oil for frying
  • water
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • shredded carrot
  • finely chopped cabbage

How to Make Veggie Biscuit

  • Mix the maida flour and salt.
  • Add butter and mix well.
  • Add water and knead into a tight dough.
  • Keep aside for 1 hour.
  • Then make regular, thin puri shape and cut into 4 rectangle pieces.
  • Deep fry this in oil.
  • After taking it from the frying pan, first spread the shredded cheese.
  • Then spread the shredded carrot and cabbage.
  • Veggie biscuits are ready.
  • Serve hot.
