Ingredients

  • 100 gms - Kashmiri chillies
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp - cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - mustard seed grind
  • 2 inch piece - ginger
  • 100 gms - garlic
  • 4 tbsp - vinegar for grinding

How to Make Vindaloo Paste

  • Mix all the ingredients and grind into a powder.
  • Add vinegar and make a fine paste.
  • Use as required for fish and meat.
