  • 3 tbsp - flour
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 1 tbsp - butter
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - salt

How to Make White Sauce for Bakes and Pasta

  • Warm the milk with a little water in a pan.
  • Mix in the flour and stir to get a smooth paste.
  • Add butter, pepper powder and salt and mix well.
  • Cook for 3 or 4 minutes on low heat until the mixture thickens, then turn off the heat.
  • Can be used for any dish that calls for white sauce.
