Ingredients

  • 2 cups - rice
  • 2 cup - yoghurt
  • 2.5 cup - milk
  • 1 tsp - Butter,
  • 1 tsp - sour cream
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp - chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp - chopped mango
  • 3 - dry red chillies
  • Few coriander leaves
  • few curry leaves
  • Oil

How to Make Yoghurt Rice

  • Cook the rice and mash it with butter and sour cream.
  • Add yogurt, milk, salt, mango.
  • Now heat the oil in a pan put mustard, ginger, red chilli.
  • Pour over the rice. Mix well and serve.
