  • Semolina - 1 cup
  • A few cashew nuts and raisins
  • Sugar as per taste
  • Ghee

How to Make Yummy Kesari

  • Roast cashew nuts and raisins in ghee.
  • Keep aside.
  • Fry semolina till fragnant.
  • Add milk, sugar and a little ghee.
  • Keep stirring till the ghee separates from the semolina.
  • Pour it to a greased plate.
  • Cut it after it cools.
  • Garnish with the roasted dry fruits.
